Styling with brooches... GbefunConcept

Dating back to the earliest times when fashion accessories first gained classic recognition, brooches have evolved over time from being used to hold up outfits, to being used as a fashion statement.
Through the many changes that have taken the fashion world by storm, brooches have remained constant, becoming available in as many shapes and sizes as possible.
As a result of their delicate nature, owing to the precious stones sometimes used in their designs, their dainty appearances give ladies a look that speaks volumes of class.
Below are different ways to look stylish with brooches:

On jackets
If you want to spice up the look of your jacket, a brooch may well be the way to go. You can use it to hold the two flaps of the outfit together or simply pin it on one side of the jacket as a fashion accessory.
On dresses, skirts and tops
There are many ways to transform your outfit from drab to wow and a brooch always comes through in this regard. For a better effect, use a brooch made with precious stones on a plain outfit to add glam to the overall look. For patterned outfits, try not to drown the effect of the brooch. As such, choose colours wisely.

On hair
This is more commonly used by brides, but can be done by anyone. The important thing is to use the right brooch, and keep in mind the appropriate hairstyle. Brooches work well with natural hair, braids, weaves, depending on how they are styled and the event.
On handbags
Brooches can be pinned to the main body or straps of handbags.
On beaded necklaces
With beads becoming more popular in the jewelry department, brooches have also found a way to make the look more interesting. In fact, there are now brooches made of beads that can be worn as necklaces.
On neckties
It takes a really fashionable lady to rock a necktie. However, to add the feminine charm, add a brooch to it.
On turban and hijab
With the current turban evolution, a fashion statement common to many ladies, irrespective of religious affiliation, brooches have  become all the more popular. Brooches can be pinned at right top side of the Hijab or at the neckline to make it tight and beautify it. They can also be affixed to the turban, particularly the front, to jazz up the look.
