Cocktail Special: Blue skies
Southern Sun Ikoyi lead barman, Stephen, invites you to his world of cocktails with a special recipe on Blue skies, which he says, is very refreshing, healthy and smooth with enticing appeal
Recipe
• Fresh lime
• Vodka
• 35ml Cointreau
• Lemonade
• Sugar scrub
• 35ml Blue curacao
• Amaretto
• 35ml crushed ice

Direction
Slice a fresh lime in half and squeeze through a sieve into a cocktail glass, measure and add in the Cointreau, vodka, amaretto, sugar scrub and lemonade. Pour half of the crushed ice into the glass, then add in the measured blue curacao and stir well. Top up the glass with the remaining crushed ice and garnish with a slice fresh lime.
