Recipe: Learn How To Make A Delicious Stewed Beans
If you need some Stewed Beans in your life, then you are in the right place.
Ingredients:
- Honey Beans
- Palm Oil
- Bell Pepper
- Tomatoes
- Smoked Fish
- Cayenne Pepper (Ata Gungin)
- Onions
- Seasoning
- Salt
- Crayfish Powder

Method:
- Boil the beans with onion and salt to taste (Boil till the beans becomes soft)
- Blend the bell peppers, tomatoes and onion and set aside
- Place saucepan on low heat and add the Palm oil
- When Palm Oil heats up, add chopped onion and leave for 2 minutes
- Add crayfish powder
- Add smoked fish
- Add blended pepper
- Add the cayenne pepper and seasoning
- Fry for 10 minutes (Always stir every now and then to prevent burning)
- Transfer the stew into the beans and mix
- Leave to simmer for 3 minutes
