Healthy Egg Burger

Things you will need:
1 Egg
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 hamburger bun sliced in two
1 small onion, finely chopped
Mixed vegetables
Chopped cooked chicken/meat/fish
Oil for frying
Slice of cucumber, tomato and onion ring: optional
How to prepare:
Step 1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
Step 2. Heat little oil in a pan. Saute the finely chopped onions.
Step 3. Add the chopped meat/fish. Let fry for a minute.
Step 4. Add mixed vegetables. Form the vegetables together in a round shape, like a burger patty.


Step 5. Pour eggs slowly in the pan. Lower the heat and leave to cook. Raise the eggs at the sides to let the uncooked top flow down.Remember to maintain the burger patty shape.
Step 6. When the bottom has cooked and the top is almost cooked, flip the egg.


Step 7. When cooked, remove the egg and place it on the bottom half of the bun.
Step 8. Place a slice of cucumber, tomato and onion ring.
Step 9. Cover with the top half of the bun.
Step 10. Enjoy.
